Workout Goal 2011

I am Jason, a 35 year old man, who worked out a bit in 2010, rode my bike mostly. In 2011 I have a goal to loose weight. Currently I weigh 172 pounds at 5'4. The way I plan to loose weight is using a few different platforms. I am not here to endorse any of these products, just what I have on hand. Tony Horton's 10 Minute Workout, Gold Gym Dance Workout for Wii, Jenny Mcarthy's Wii program, and an excercise bike in the house till the weather gets better to ride my regular bike. I am also counting calories using myfitnesspal.com. I will keep this updated, with pics, maybe some video blogging too.

Daily Calorie Goal - 1700
5 Workouts a week for 20 minutes net 650 calories burned.
